Who are you?
You are an eager, curious, fast learner and want to have a measurable impact on your client's success. You not only understand digital marketing and analytics, but have a passion for reporting and translating information into action for your clients. You want to be on the cutting edge of reaching customers across Display, Search and Social Media Advertising. Love of the automotive industry is a definite plus, as we are a leader in that space.
You’ll be the main point of contact with your clients, and you’ll also be managing a support team.
What will you do?
Manage and maintain working relationships with assigned client portfolio
Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings with clients
Work in lock step with internal production teams on strategies and implementation of campaigns
Create client-facing monthly reports on C-4 Analytics campaigns
Create client-facing analysis and recommendation regarding all digital touchpoints
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
Assist with projects and task work as needed
What We Look For
Proven customer service skills;
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)
Proven critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Proficiency in an office environment

Education and Work Experience:
A bachelor's degree in a related field
1-3 years of relevant work experience
