We are looking for an experienced training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, implement, deliver, execute and assess its outcomes.

The Leadership and Development Manager at C-4 Analytics will be responsible for:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with managers.

  • Planning, organizing, directing and assessing development programs, management, and leadership programs for employees in order to increase individual and organizational performance as well as improve employee morale and enhance employee skills.

    • Implementing and Executing Development Programs:

      • Work with department heads and Onboarding Director to develop job expectations and goals for each position.

      • Assist employees with maintaining and improving their job skills and prepare for jobs requiring greater skills; Crafting and maintaining individual training plans for specific employees.

      • Assessing their progress and make staffing recommendations to management.

      • Where necessary, set up individualized training plans to strengthen employees’ existing skills or teach new ones

    • Implementing and Executing Management Programs:

    • Implementing and Executing Leadership Programs:

      • Work with executive team on needs for the Leadership team and develop a curriculum around the goals and opportunities.

      • Potentially work with external vendors to coordinate leadership programs.

On-Going Trainings:

    • Work with Onboarding Director to overhaul and oversee the current  company intranet

    • Work with Onboarding Director and Dept Heads to ensure employees keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends.

    • Contributing to company culture by fostering communication and cooperation between departments and leadership team members.

    • Staying abreast of contemporary learning and development theory and methods and effectively utilize and disseminate that applied knowledge to educate others and influence the direction of programs.

    • Implementing and sustaining subsequent learning strategies and objectives.

    • Review and assess current Competency Framework and recommend ways to improve.

·         Consultative Selling Program:

    • Be the force behind launching this program ensuring that we get Executive buy-in and then creating a strong roll-out for the program

    • Work with vendor on pricing and launch

    • Launch program internally

  • This is a hands on position. You will be designing, developing, implementing and running all the training programs from the above requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Proven work experience as a training manager

  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • Experience developing and running customized in-house leadership development programs for new and current employees

  • Strong computer skills required including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in knowledge management and instructional design.

  • Experience building or curating a LMS – Learning Management System

  • Experience working with external training vendors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

  • Good computer and database skills

  • Experience with Digital Marketing is a plus
