You once looked at an EKG printout and said, “What’s the year over year performance?” You use data to back up even your most mundane everyday decisions. You laugh when you hear websites advertised on the radio. You deliberately visit obscure Amazon products just to change the ads you see everywhere else. 

If this is you, you're superb in front of a client, you like to ensure all new clients are set up for success, and you like to help clients build success with a new company. We’d like to hear from you. We’re C-4 Analytics, and we’re looking for a client onboarding specialist who lives to help people succeed online. If you have the passion, we have some great clients who could use your help.

Client Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first voice for new clients as they join C-4 Analytics
  • Ensuring all new client information, logins, reporting, and other items are collected and organized for fully optimizing our clients for success
  • Be the voice on new client calls as a digital expert
  • Ensure all new clients are set up for success with C-4 Services
  • Ensure a smooth transfer from Phase 1 clients to the Phase 2 teams they are assigned to
  • Support all clients in Phase 1 with setup, development, analysis, and execution of campaigns and digital initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Strong presentation skills
  • A strong positive attitude that resonates throughout the agency
  • A trusted digital advisor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong familiarity with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter
  • Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
  • Strong time-management and communication skills
  • Ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related degree
  • 2-3 years of Marketing, Client on-boarding, or Client Services experience preferred
