Job Description

As a Business Development Representative you will work closely with the sales team and executive management as you identify qualified leads to drive business growth. Our Business Development Representatives play an important role on the team by making first contact with prospects and winning appointments for their teammates in sales to present C-4's unique solutions. Duties include:

- Prospect via cold calling, email, social media outreach

- Leverage existing data and also identify key contacts and account information

- Develop and foster relationships with prospects

- Develop qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue and close!


- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- 1+ years of inside sales experience or extensive phone-based customer service. 

- Ability to complete high volume cold-calling

- Experience selling a digital marketing or related service is a plus

- The desire to achieve more, faster!

- CRM experience preferably
