Client Account Manager
Cutting-edge, innovative, Boston-area online marketing agency is ready to add another Account Manager to our growing staff. You are a detail-oriented, well-organized problem anticipator with polished interpersonal skills, strategic vision and an intuitive need to question the status quo. You have 3 to 6 years of client management, project management or account management experience in a marketing capacity, and you're tired of seeing the same mistakes made over and over again. You bring a love of efficiency and a willingness to champion organizational change.
Your specific skill set includes the ability to use project management software, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Facebook and Twitter. Familiarity with Google AdWords and PPC campaigns is a huge plus. You can communicate your clients’ needs effectively to graphic designers, editors and programmers and work with others to resolve scheduling challenges. Anything short of professional content and communications is unacceptable to you.
